To help you move forward as fast as possible we instruct the AI to analyse the chat for insights. The purpose is to bring self-understanding which we may otherwise overlook. You can track your progress via the Metric Charts in the console.
The chat is 100% private to you. To moderate the content we send to Open AI we attach an encrypted key to each message. Please refer to Data Privacy on our Terms Of Service page for more information.
Yes! You're welcome to order without a login. Having a login lets you save your address for next checkout. Plus manage email settings. But it's perfectly okay to place orders without a login.

To fulfil your order we print all items specially for you. Therefore we're unable to process return shipments.

If your country is listed, choose that. Otherwise set your region, e.g. EU. Then in Checkout you can choose your country in the dropdown, e.g. Malta. You can change currency settings any time and restart Checkout.
After you choose a delivery method in Checkout you'll see shipping & taxes in Summary view before you place an order.
You may cancel an order any time before we start production. If you're logged in, you can cancel an item on our Order Status page. Otherwise contact us to request a cancellation.
However, once production is in process, we're unable to cancel. Please refer to our Refund Policy page.
